Wheat
In the Alto Paranaíba region’s winter period, the wheat crop is an option for cultivation and crop rotation with vegetables. The areas’ favorable conditions, water availability, and the seeds’ high productive potential allow for high levels of production. Our plantations are aimed at seed production and, also, for selling to mills that process the flour to produce French bread and pasta in general.
The endemic characteristic of the region is high soil fertility, which directly influences grain nutritional quality and yield. The flour produced in these areas has a high, balanced nutritional quality, something that favors the region’s wheat compared to the competing production fields.
